BARD Mobile is an iPhone application developed by the Library of Congress. It allows eligible users to access tens of thousands of books, popular magazines, and music instruction and scores. The app provides audio and electronic braille versions of books, with new selections being added on a daily basis. Whether you're a fan of current best sellers or much-loved classics, BARD Mobile has something for everyone.

To be eligible for BARD Mobile, you must be a resident of the US or an American citizen living abroad who cannot read regular print due to blindness, low vision, or a physical or reading disability. For more information on eligibility, you can visit the NLS website.

Getting started with BARD Mobile is easy. Simply enroll in the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) at the Library of Congress by callingNLS-READ) and finding your state. If you're already an NLS patron, contact your cooperating NLS library to request a BARD account.
